Role overview

As a Landscaper / Mower, you’ll perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general maintenance to Wenke standards. You’ll assist with seasonal cleanups, mulching, pruning, and basic plant care, operating walk-behind and zero-turn mowers safely while keeping equipment in good condition.

Functions

• Perform physical installation and maintenance work on a consistent basis
• Work as part of a team and take direction
• Communicate and coordinate with peers and owner
• Follow best practices and company standards
• Properly use tools, equipment, and machinery
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Previous landscape or horticultural experience is a plus
• Clean driving record
• Superior customer service skills are a plus
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and multi-task
• Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background
• Punctual, dependable, polite, and hardworking
